ACTStat membership can be initiated or renewed through these methods:
(1) Registering for an ACTStat annual meeting. These events are held each year right before JSM (Joint Statistical Meetings). The 2027 annual meeting will take place in Chicago (JSM is scheduled for August 8 – 12). Signing up for an annual meeting automatically starts or renews your ACTStat membership.
(2) Paying annual dues. The price is $75 per year for regular membership and $50 for student membership. Individuals are eligible for the student rate if they are full-time college or university students.
Members are automatically added to the ACTStat mailing list. To opt out of this list, contact ACTStat secretary Emily Slade at secretary@actstat.org. Please also contact Dr. Slade if you have questions regarding any other aspect of membership or ACTStat activities.
