On February 22, 2023, Monique Pappadis, PhD, FACRM, shared ideas with ACTStat members on how to write a personal DEIA statement. A tenured professor and vice chair at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, Dr. Pappadis's credentials include serving as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) lead for a CTSA group.
